§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between ErdMädchen – The Pet Detectives (fictional), Musterstraße 1, 12345 Musterstadt, Germany (hereinafter “ErdMädchen”), and its clients regarding the search for lost or runaway pets.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the packages on this website does not constitute a binding offer. Clients send an enquiry exclusively by e-mail or via the contact form. The contract is concluded when ErdMädchen confirms the order by e-mail.
§ 3 Services
The scope of services depends on the selected package (Standard, Plus or Premium) as described on the Prices page. Assignments outside the region and nationwide support are subject to individual agreement.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time of the order apply: Standard €99, Plus €199, Premium €399. Travel costs for assignments outside the region are agreed in advance. Payment is due upon order confirmation.
§ 5 Client cooperation
Clients provide all information helpful for the search, in particular current photos, a description of the animal, the place and time of its disappearance and any known habits. They remain reachable by e-mail during the search.
§ 6 No guarantee of success
ErdMädchen owes a careful search to the best of its knowledge and belief, but not the finding of the animal. The fee is payable even if the animal is not found despite proper performance.
§ 7 Liability
ErdMädchen is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, ErdMädchen is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to
§ 9 Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
§ 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
